1. General Service Policy

WolfCzar Tech strives to deliver high-quality web development, SaaS platform building, and automation services. Because our services require significant time, resources, and custom technical labor, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

2. Custom Web Development & Software Projects

• Deposits: Any upfront payments or deposits required to commence a custom software, app, or web development project are strictly non-refundable. These secure the time and resources of our development team.
• Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of agreed-upon milestones are non-refundable once the work for that milestone has been delivered and approved.
• Cancellations: You may cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and previous payments will not be refunded.

3. SaaS Platforms & Subscriptions

For our digital subscription products (e.g., Wolf Cards, Hosting packages):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle in which a cancellation occurs.

4. Delivery of Digital Services

As our agency provides digital IT services and software code, no physical goods are shipped. Delivery of service is completed upon deploying the code to your server, providing access to the digital platform, or transferring the final source files as per the project agreement.
